• Each SMS message delivered to the network is charged for.
• USB to Serial cables, if required, may be supplied at R150.00 per cable.

Pre-requirements

The following are pre-requisits in order to use SMSPro:

• You need to subscribe to ConnectNet for the service.
• From a communications perspective, you require either an Always on IP connection (such as ADSL) or a ConnectNet G-Pad.

Minimum OC requirements

For the SMSPro to work properly on your PC/Laptop, we recommend a PC/Laptop with the following minimum requirements

• Operating System: Windows 98 or higher
• In the event SMSPro is to be connected to a G-Pad, an available Comms Port or USB port (if USB-Serial converter is installed)
• CD or DVD Drive
• Intel Pentium III or better
• At least 1MB of free disk space

Click here to install SMSPro Software from this web site. Select the "Run" option and follow the prompts to install SMSPro to "C:\SMSPro". Once installed, open the folder "C:\SMSPro", right click on "SMSPro.exe" and the select "Send To", "Desktop (Create Shortcut)". Double click on this shortcut to run the application. Press function key 1 (F1) for help. The help file will assist in further setting up the application.
